Seller's Construction Responsibilities. The Seller shall be responsible for designing, constructing, erecting, commissioning, completing and testing the Power Station in accordance with the following, it being clearly understood that in the event of inconsistency between two or more of the following, the order of priority as between them shall be the order in which they are placed, with ‘applicable law’ being the first:
