Common use of Sellers Guide Clause in Contracts

Sellers Guide. All references to “Countrywide’s Correspondent Lender Division Loan Purchase Program Seller’s Manual” or “Manual” throughout the LPA are replaced with “Countrywide’s Correspondent Lending Seller’s Guide” or “Guide”, respectfully. Seller acknowledges receipt of the Guide, which may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time by Countrywide, in its sole and absolute discretion, which amendments, modifications or supplements shall be effective upon Countrywide’s sending the same to Seller.
