Seller’s Maintenance and Repair Obligations. (a) Seller shall inspect, maintain, repair and, if necessary, replace, the Project, and any component or portion thereof, in accordance with applicable Industry Standards and take all actions necessary in order to provide the Product to SCE in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Seller shall maintain, and deliver to SCE upon request, maintenance and repair records of the Project.
