Seller's Other Deliveries into Escrow. Seller shall deliver into Escrow ------------------------------------- prior to the Close of Escrow (i) a grant deed for the Real Property and Improvements in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "E"; (ii) an affidavit sworn to by the Seller's president to the effect that Seller is not a "foreign person" as that term is defined in Section 1445 of the Internal Revenue Code; and (iii) such other documents and items required by Escrow Holder to close the Escrow.
