Seller’s Transmission Service Obligations. During the Delivery Term, Seller shall arrange and be responsible for transmission service for delivery of the Product to and at the Delivery Point and bear all risks and costs associated with such transmission service, including, but not limited to, all Transmission Provider costs and charges, electric transmission and distribution losses, and any transmission or distribution level outages or curtailment, except as provided otherwise in this Agreement in respect of Dispatch Down Periods.
