Semi Annual Review Meetings. Vendor and the State of Iowa shall, at semiannual intervals, hold a review meeting at the State of Iowa’s offices, or at such other place as is mutually agreed to by the Parties, to review the performance of the Services, service levels as set forth in Exhibit C, discuss fee and expense issues, and address such other issues as may be relevant at the time. The Vendor Manager (and any other Vendor Personnel who attend) will attend at the sole cost of Vendor.
