Semiannually not later than June 1 and December 1 in each year, commencing December 1, 1998, and at such other times as the Trustee may request in writing, the Company shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee information as to the names and addresses of the Holders, and the Trustee shall preserve such information and similar information received by it in any other capacity and afford to the Holders access to information so preserved by it, all to such extent, if any, and in such manner as shall be required by the Trust Indenture Act; provided, however, that no such list need be furnished so long as the Trustee shall be the Security Registrar.

Semiannually. (a) Vacuum and clean all air conditioning grills and wash as necessary.
Semiannually. Beginning with the end of the first six months of calendar year 1998 and for each six (6) month period thereafter for the term of this Agreement, VHA, using ADA data, will review each VHA Designated Member Distribution Service Fee activity. Review periods will be as follows: o 1/1 - 6/30 o 7/15 - 8/31 o 7/1 - 12/31 o 1/15 - 2/28 VHA will review the following Designated Member activity:
Semiannually. NTUA shall provide Tucson with an estimate of the monthly energy deliveries under its CRSP Allocation. Tucson shall schedule NTUA's CRSP Allocation with WAPA.
Semiannually. “Semiannually” shall mean that the cleaning shall be completed once during each six (6) calendar month period.
Semiannually. Vacuum and clean all air conditioning grills and wash as necessary. Wipe down all exposed piping in stairwells and common areas.
