SENIOR EMPLOYEES. The selection of the General Manager, Chief Financial Officer, Casino Manager, and Human Resources Manager of the Enterprise, or the functionally equivalent positions, shall be subject to consultation between, and agreement by, Manager, the Business Board and the Pokagon Council. All such Employees shall be Enterprise Employees.
