Seniority – Grant-Funded. Employees hired after July 1, 1993 specifically for a grant-funded project shall not accrue seniority other than within the grant-funded program for which they were hired, or be placed on the RIF Report until they have been rehired for a fourth consecutive academic year. In such case, the employee shall be afforded probationary status and seniority will be credited from the first date of employment.
