Common use of Seniority Rating Clause in Contracts

Seniority Rating. 14.1 (a) Employees with less than one hundred-twenty (120) working day's service shall be considered probationary Employees and will have no Seniority rights. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, the Employer shall have the exclusive right to discharge Employees within the first one hundred-twenty (120) working days of their employment for any reason. Such discharge may not become the subject of any grievance under the provisions of this Agreement.
