SEPA direct debit authorization. The following authorization is the same authorization members sign upon registration as a member: (i) By completing the membership registration form you become a member of Machiavelli and you authorize Machiavelli (Creditor ID: NL03ZZZ405373080000) to credit your bank account for the total amount of the membership fee for the duration of your membership. To this end, you authorize Machiavelli to send a SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) direct debit collection order (‘SEPA automatische incasso’) to your bank and you authorize your bank to credit your account for the amount of the membership fee continuously each year for the duration of your membership, in accordance with the collection order as submitted by Machiavelli. You also authorize Machiavelli to credit your bank account for payment of participant’s fees for activities that remain unpaid after the payment deadline for this has passed as stated in the contract signed for participation in the event. This does not apply to activities that require no contract to sign for participation. The direct debit collection order is an annual irrevocable authorization. The membership fee is determined annually by the board of the association and is thus subject to change. The membership fee is currently EUR 10,-. This amount shall be deducted from your account each year. (i) Signatory should ensure that the balance on their account is sufficient for the collection of the membership fee. (ii) Signatory is required to pass on information about any changes to the information above in writing and as soon as possible to the treasurer of Machiavelli by sending an email to xxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx. The collection of the membership fees happens in accordance with the new SEPA-regulations. As part of your rights, you are entitled to a refund from your bank under the terms and conditions of your agreement with your bank. A refund must be claimed within 8 weeks starting from the date on which your account was debited. Your rights are explained in a statement that you can obtain from your bank.

  • Disbursement Authorization Each Borrower hereby irrevocably authorizes Agent to disburse the proceeds of each Revolver Loan requested by any Borrower, or deemed to be requested pursuant to Section 3.1.1 or Section 3.1.3(ii), as follows: (i) the proceeds of each Revolver Loan requested under Section 3.1.1(i) shall be disbursed by Agent in accordance with the terms of the written disbursement letter from Borrowers in the case of the initial Borrowing, and, in the case of each subsequent Borrowing, by wire transfer to such bank account as may be agreed upon by any Borrower and Agent from time to time or elsewhere if pursuant to a written direction from such Borrower; and (ii) the proceeds of each Revolver Loan requested under Section 3.1.1(ii) or Section 3.1.3(ii) shall be disbursed by Agent by way of direct payment of the relevant interest or other Obligation. Any Loan proceeds received by any Borrower or in payment of any of the Obligations shall be deemed to have been received by all Borrowers.
