YOUR MEMBERSHIP. Your membership entitles you to use the standard facilities available at Workout Indooroopilly in line with the Club Rules and these Membership Terms & Conditions.
YOUR MEMBERSHIP. 3.1 By submitting your application for membership to us, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement (as may be updated, amended or supplemented by us from time to time and notified to you in writing).
3.2 Your application for membership is subject to the approval of IFSEA Limited and full payment of the Membership Fee in accordance with clause 5.
1. We will contact you if your application for membership is approved. This will usually be within 10 working days following receipt of your application for membership but in some instances it may be longer.
3.3 We will not be required to provide you with an update as to the status of your application for membership or any explanation if your application for membership is rejected. You do not have any right to appeal if your application for membership is rejected.
3.4 Your membership of IFSEA will commence upon the later of:
3.4.1 the date of our notice to you of our acceptance of your application for membership; and
3.4.2 our receipt of your Membership Fee.
3.5 Your membership of IFSEA shall be for the calendar year and shall automatically renew on 1 January each year for a further 12 months, unless and until your membership is cancelled in accordance with clause 9.
YOUR MEMBERSHIP. 2.1 During the Term, you may access and use the Facility in accordance with your Membership Type and this Membership Agreement.
2.2 Your membership of the Facility under this Membership Agreement:
2.2.1 is subject to the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement;
2.2.2 is subject to any limitations and exclusions applicable to your Membership Type; and
2.2.3 does not entitle you to any access or use of the Facility other than in accordance with clause 2.1 or any other goods or services from us or any third party (including any services provided by third parties at the Facility) – such as personal training services.
2.3 If you wish to use or access any part of the Facility or receive any goods or services from us outside the scope of this Membership Agreement, you will need to enter into a separate agreement with us. Please speak to a member of our Member Relations Team to discuss this.
YOUR MEMBERSHIP. (1) During your Term, you may access and use the Facility in accordance with your Membership Type and this Membership Agreement.

YOUR MEMBERSHIP. Atlassian collects data about you when you use its products or services, or otherwise interact with it. You must register for an account with Atlassian in order to place Orders or access or receive Software. Your registration information must be accurate, current and complete. You must keep your registration current so that Atlassian and linkyard may send notices and other information to you by email.
YOUR MEMBERSHIP a. You must be over the age of 16 to join a Bike Chain Ricci Club.
b. You must complete the PAR Questionnaire before you start using your membership and by completing the PAR Questionnaire war- rant to us that you have no known condition or are undergoing any treatment that would prevent you from being capable of physical exercise in all material respects.
c. On entry into this Membership Agreement and every time you take part in a class, train- ing or ride during your membership, you warrant and represent to Bike Chain Ricci that you have no medical conditions known to you that would mean that you are not capable of all forms of exercise and that such exercise will not be detrimental to your health. If in doubt, it is your sole responsibility to consult a medical practitioner or to cancel your membership.
d. You will receive a British Cycling membership card when you join British Cycling. On all visits you must present your membership card and, if required, photo- graphic identification, to use your membership benefits.
e. Your membership allows you to access your membership benefits at all our locations in accordance with the type of membership option that you have selected as set out above.
f. Your membership applies to you personally: you cannot assign it to another person.
g. We reserve the right to implement a waiting list at any time if we deem it necessary.
h. We reserve the right to make or change minor points or amendments in this Membership Agreement without notice to you.
i. An email will be sent to you 1 month before the end of your membership regarding whether you wish to continue. If the email is not replied to before your renewal date, then it will be assumed you wish to renew.
YOUR MEMBERSHIP. These Terms, together with the Club Rules, the Digital Rules and the following completed documents:
a. your MembershipApplication Form;
b. your Payment Authority Form;and
c. your Health Check Questionnaire; make up all of the terms of a Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) between the member named above (“you”), and Virgin Active Singapore Pte. Ltd. (Registration Number 201219030N) (“us” or “we”)). It is important that you have read and understood all of the terms and conditions of the Agreement before signing these Terms.
