YOUR MEMBERSHIP. (1) During your Term, you may access and use the Facility in accordance with your Membership Type and this Membership Agreement.

YOUR MEMBERSHIP. 2.1 During the Term, you may access and use the Facility in accordance with your Membership Type and this Membership Agreement.
2.2 Your membership of the Facility under this Membership Agreement:
2.2.1 is subject to the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement;
2.2.2 is subject to any limitations and exclusions applicable to your Membership Type; and
2.2.3 does not entitle you to any access or use of the Facility other than in accordance with clause 2.1 or any other goods or services from us or any third party (including any services provided by third parties at the Facility) – such as personal training services.
2.3 If you wish to use or access any part of the Facility or receive any goods or services from us outside the scope of this Membership Agreement, you will need to enter into a separate agreement with us. Please speak to a member of our Member Relations Team to discuss this.
YOUR MEMBERSHIP. 3.1 By submitting your application for membership to us, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement (as may be updated, amended or supplemented by us from time to time and notified to you in writing).
3.2 Your application for membership is subject to the approval of IFSEA Limited and full payment of the Membership Fee in accordance with clause 5.
1. We will contact you if your application for membership is approved. This will usually be within 10 working days following receipt of your application for membership but in some instances it may be longer.
3.3 We will not be required to provide you with an update as to the status of your application for membership or any explanation if your application for membership is rejected. You do not have any right to appeal if your application for membership is rejected.
3.4 Your membership of IFSEA will commence upon the later of:
3.4.1 the date of our notice to you of our acceptance of your application for membership; and
3.4.2 our receipt of your Membership Fee.
3.5 Your membership of IFSEA shall be for the calendar year and shall automatically renew on 1 January each year for a further 12 months, unless and until your membership is cancelled in accordance with clause 9.
YOUR MEMBERSHIP. Atlassian collects data about you when you use its products or services, or otherwise interact with it. You must register for an account with Atlassian in order to place Orders or access or receive Software. Your registration information must be accurate, current and complete. You must keep your registration current so that Atlassian and linkyard may send notices and other information to you by email.

YOUR MEMBERSHIP. Your password will have to be strictly confidential, very strong, highly secured and will be kept totally secret. Your account is strictly personal and cannot be shared with anyone. You agree to follow the law and all our rules and you are entirely responsible for anything that occurs via your account unless duly reported to us. Any Premium purchased by a third party for you to use (employer, company etc.), the party paying for the Premium Service controls such an account and can terminate the access at anytime.
