Separate Underwriting Commitments. Each of the Hong Kong Underwriters acknowledges and agrees that certain of the Hong Kong Underwriters and/or their affiliates are also International Underwriters and the underwriting commitment of any person as a Hong Kong Underwriter (with respect to the Hong Kong Public Offering) is entirely separate from (and additional to) any underwriting commitment of the same person or its affiliates as an International Underwriter (with respect to the International Offering). For the avoidance of doubt, the number of International Offer Shares for which a Hong Kong Underwriter or any of its affiliates (in its capacity as an International Underwriter) has purchased or procured purchasers under the International Offering shall not be used to set off that Hong Kong Underwriter's Hong Kong Public Offering Underwriting Commitment.
