By signing this document, the trainee, the Programme Country Institution, the Receiving Organisation and the Partner Country Institution confirm that they approve the Learning Agreement and that they will comply with all the arrangements agreed by all parties. The trainee and Receiving Organisation will communicate any problem or changes regarding the traineeship period to the Partner Country Institution and the Programme Country Institution. The Programme Country Institution and the trainee should also commit to what is set out in the Erasmus+ grant agreement. The Programme Country Institution undertakes to respect all the principles of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education relating to traineeships and the Partner Country Institution commits to respect the principles agreed in the inter-institutional agreement for institutions located in Partner Countries. 4.1 Must commit itself to employ at least 1.5 times the number of seats quoted i.e. employment target.
