Series Support. The rights and benefits provided to the Trustee or the Noteholders of any Series or Class pursuant to any letter of credit, surety bond, cash collateral account, spread account, guaranteed rate agreement, maturity liquidity facility, interest rate swap agreement, tax protection agreement or other similar arrangement. The overcollateralization provided to any Series and the subordination of any Series or Class to another Series or Class shall be deemed to be Series Support. Notwithstanding that such Series Support may be held by or in favor of the Trustee for the benefit of any Series or Class, only those Series or Classes to which such Series Support relates shall have any rights with respect thereto and all payments thereunder received by the Trustee shall be distributed exclusively as prescribed in the Series Supplement relating to such Series or Class. Series Support Provider. The Person providing any Series Support, other than the Noteholders of any Series or Class which is subordinated to another Class or Series. Series Termination Date. Has the meaning ascribed in the Series Supplement.

  • Child Support (Applicable if the Party is a natural person, not a corporation or partnership.) Party states that, as of the date the Agreement is signed, he/she: a. is not under any obligation to pay child support; or b. is under such an obligation and is in good standing with respect to that obligation; or c. has agreed to a payment plan with the Vermont Office of Child Support Services and is in full compliance with that plan. Party makes this statement with regard to support owed to any and all children residing in Vermont. In addition, if the Party is a resident of Vermont, Party makes this statement with regard to support owed to any and all children residing in any other state or territory of the United States.

  • Delinquent Child Support Obligations A child support obligor who is more than 30 days delinquent in paying child support and a business entity in which the obligor is a sole proprietor, partner, shareholder, or owner with an ownership interest of at least 25 percent is not eligible to receive payments from state funds under an agreement to provide property, materials, or services until all arrearages have been paid or the obligor is in compliance with a written repayment agreement or court order as to any existing delinquency. The Texas Family Code requires the following statement: “Under Section 231.006, Texas Family Code, the vendor or applicant certifies that the individual or business entity named in this contract, bid, or application is not ineligible to receive the specified grant, loan, or payment and acknowledges that this contract may be terminated and payment may be withheld if this certification is inaccurate.”

  • Administrative Support Service Fees Within forty-five (45) days of the end of each calendar quarter, the Fund will make payments in the aggregate amount of 0.0625% (0.25% on an annual basis) of the average during that calendar quarter of the aggregate net asset value of the Shares computed as of the close of each business day (the "Service Fee").   • Child Support Obligation Under Section 231.006(d) of the Texas Family Code regarding child support, Contractor certifies that the individual or business entity named in this Contract and any related Solicitation Response is not ineligible to receive the specified payment and acknowledges that the Contract may be terminated and payment may be withheld if this certification is inaccurate. If the certification is shown to be false, Contractor may be liable for additional costs and damages set out in 231.006(f).

  • Credit Support A Credit Support Document between the Parties may apply to obligations governed by the Agreement. If the Parties have executed a Credit Support Document, such Credit Support Document shall be subject to the terms of the Agreement and is hereby incorporated by reference in the Agreement. In the event of any conflict between a Credit Support Document and the Agreement, the Agreement shall prevail, except for any provision in such Credit Support Document in respect of governing law.
