Service and Eligibility. If the Recipient is an air carrier, until March 1, 2022, the Recipient shall comply with any applicable requirement issued by the Secretary of Transportation under section 407 of the PSP Extension Law to maintain scheduled air transportation service to any point served by the Recipient before March 1, 2020.
