Common use of Service and Equipment Clause in Contracts

Service and Equipment. Securitas agrees to provide the Services to the Customer under the specific terms set out in this Agreement. All equipment, software, materials and/or documentation supplied by Securitas shall always be the property of Securitas, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
