Common use of Service and Reserve Units and National Guard Clause in Contracts

Service and Reserve Units and National Guard. Any unit member shall, at any time, upon application, be granted a leave of absence without loss of pay for military service not to exceed one hundred seventy-six (176) hours in one (1) federal fiscal year, defined as October 1 – September 30, as specified in ORC Section 5923.05.
