SERVICE CHARGES AND FEES. We charge service charges or fees for providing paper statements and notices, as well as outgoing wire transfers, as set forth in our Fee Schedule. We reserve the right to change any fee, to delete existing fees and to add new fees. You will receive notice of a change in fees in our discretion and as required by applicable laws and regulations. If you withdraw the principal balance from your TD Account prior to maturity, except in limited situations, you will be charged an early withdrawal penalty. External banks or third parties may charge you fees, for example, if you initiate a wire transfer from your external account to your Account at the Bank or if a transfer from your external account to your Account at the Bank causes your external account to become overdrawn. We are not responsible for fees imposed in connection with your external accounts.
