SERVICE COMMENCEMENT DATE AND TERM. The Boostbox Service will commence on the date that Com- pany notifies the Customer that the Boostbox Service is ready for use at the site, provided that the Customer has received the Boostbox Unit, and shall continue until termination of the Boostbox Service in accordance with this Agreement.

SERVICE COMMENCEMENT DATE AND TERM. 2.1 The Supplier shall supply the CXone Service to the Customer from the earlier of either: (a) access to the CXone Service becomes available to the Customer; or (b) forty-five (45) days following the execution of an order made by the Customer for the CXone Service. (Service Commencement Date). 2.2 The Supplier shall provide the CXone Service to the Customer for a term of three (3) years from the Service Commencement Date (Service Initial Term).
