Service Complaints. The School District maintains a service complaint log system with complaints recorded daily. Weekly reports of the complaints are provided to Contractor and Contractor is required to respond to these complaints weekly. Problems deemed serious by the School District will be communicated daily by phone or email for immediate attention. Contractor personnel shall be available to meet with parents, school administrators, and students to resolve problems.
