Common use of Service Credit Calculation Clause in Contracts

Service Credit Calculation. In most cases the service credit of a regular employee is that employee's seniority. The exception to this can be found in Article 10.1.2 where an employee who is appointed to a position within the PWU jurisdiction from a bargaining unit which restricts seniority to its own membership, has his/her seniority limited to service within the PWU bargaining unit.
