SERVICE CREDITS FOR ONLINE SERVICES. In order for Contractor to consider a claim for service credit, the Authorized User must submit the claim to its Reseller and the Reseller will file the claim with Contractor’s customer support on the Authorized User’s behalf. The claim must include all information necessary for Contractor to validate the claim, including but not limited to: (i) a detailed description of the Incident; (ii) information regarding the time and duration of the Downtime; (iii) the number and location(s) of affected users (if applicable); and (iv) descriptions of your attempts to resolve the Incident at the time of occurrence. In the event Contractor grants a claim for service credit, the Authorized User will receive that service credit directly from its Reseller.
