AUTHORIZED USER RESPONSIBILITIES. Unless otherwise agreed and as applicable, Authorized User or its Agent, or an Application User, will be responsible for input of Content into Supplier’s Application and Authorized User or its Agent will be responsible for keeping said Content current and accurate. Supplier will have no responsibility for assisting Authorized User in creating, modifying or inputting the Content, unless specified in Exhibit A. AUTHORIZED USER RESPONSIBILITIES. The following Authorized User Responsibilities represent only a subset of the Authorized User responsibilities set forth in the Contract, Aggregate Agreement, MBT, and associated documents. Authorized Users shall be aware of and comply with all Authorized User Responsibilities set forth in the Contract, Aggregate Agreement, MBT, and associated documents.

This listing should include, but is not limited to, expected Authorized User resources and management involvement, responsibility for other Contractors and the Contractor’s performance, compliance with Authorized User policies, regulations and/or laws, consents necessary from third parties, etc..)
