SERVICE DEFINITIONS AND RULES. The definitions and rules in this section 3 shall apply for purposes of measuring an Employee's service (a) for participation purposes - to determine when the Employee has satisfied the Participation Requirement and (b) for vesting purposes - to determine the nonforfeitable interest in his or her Account.
