Within 30 days after receiving such notice, Plan Permittees will make the required changes and report to the USFWS on their actions. If such actions are not feasible within this time frame, or if the Plan Permittees disagree with the direction from the USFWS, the SSHCP Implementing Entity will meet and confer with the USFWS. USFWS and the SSHCP Implementing Entity will use best efforts to develop a mutually agreeable action plan and schedule. Such changes are provided for in the HCP, and hence do not constitute Unforeseen Circumstances or require amendment of the Permit or HCP.
