Service Level Commitment. The Graylog Cloud Services will be available 100% of the time, as measured by Graylog over each calendar quarter of the Subscription Term, and subject to the exclusions set forth. A Graylog Cloud Service is considered available if the Customer is able to login to its Graylog Cloud Service account and initiate a search using Graylog Software.
