  • Performance Warranty Each Party hereby warrants and guarantees the performance of any and all rights and obligations of this Agreement by its Affiliates and Sublicensees.

  • Service Levels (1) DTI shall perform the Services in accordance with the service levels (the "Service Levels") as may be agreed to from time to time in writing by DTI and the Funds (the "Service Level Agreement").   • Contractor’s Warranties Tenant waives all claims against Landlord relating to any defects in the Tenant Improvements; provided, however, that if, within 30 days after substantial completion of the Tenant Improvement Work, Tenant provides notice to Landlord of any non-latent defect in the Tenant Improvements, or if, within 11 months after substantial completion of the Tenant Improvement Work, Tenant provides notice to Landlord of any latent defect in the Tenant Improvements, then Landlord shall promptly cause such defect to be corrected.

  • Services Warranty Oracle warrants that its Technical Support, training and consulting services will be performed consistent with generally accepted industry standards. This warranty shall be valid for 90 days from performance of service.
