Performance Warranty definition

Performance Warranty means a warranty of the type described in section 34-32.5- 117 (2).

Performance Warranty shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.

Performance Warranty is defined in Section 5.4(a).

• This Section 6.4 is intended to supplement (and not to limit) the Company’s obligations under the Acceptance Test Procedures and Standards, the Performance Warranty and any other provision of this Design-Build Contract or Applicable Law.

More Definitions of Performance Warranty

Performance Warranty means the warranted percentages of out as set forth in Clause xyz of the Warranty as attached as Exhibit A.
