Service Levels definition

Service Levels means the service levels to be met by the Services as referenced in the Contract Letter and set out in the Specification Schedule.
Service Levels means any service levels applicable to the provision of the Services under this Call Off Contract specified in Annex 1 to Part A of Call Off Schedule 6 (Service Levels, Service Credits and Performance Monitoring);
Service Levels means the particular levels of service that the Contractor has undertaken to meet, and identified as service levels in the Specification.

Examples of Service Levels in a sentence

  • Except as otherwise specified in this Contract, from and after the Effective Date, Riskonnect shall perform the Services at levels that are equal to or better than the Service Levels applicable to such Services.

  • Riskonnect shall be responsible for meeting or exceeding the applicable Service Levels even where doing so is dependent on the provision of Services by subcontractors or other non-Riskonnect personnel.

  • The Service Level methodology applicable to the Service Levels is set forth in Attachment C.

  • Riskonnect shall implement measurement and monitoring tools and produce the metrics and reports necessary to measure its performance against any of the Service Levels and shall deliver to County such reports.

  • Riskonnect shall measure and compare the actual or observed performance resulting from Riskonnect’s performance of the Services with the Service Levels during each month.

Service Levels means the service levels for each Service (where applicable);
