Service Location. All program(s) and service(s) shall be located in appropriate settings that are convenient, safe, clean and well maintained. The AGENCY must request in writing and said request must be approved in writing by the COUNTY’S Manager of the CCC or designee, prior to any change in the dates, times, and locations of the Services provided in this Contract.
