SERVICE MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS. Upon successful installation of network services to the Authorized User, the Contractor is required to provide the highest level of network service maintenance and network service “uptime” to the Authorized User. The following sub-sections address the minimum requirements for post installation network service maintenance by the Contractor.
