Service Obligation Upon Completion of a Sabbatical Leave. a. Employees granted sabbatical leave shall return to regular employment in the District for a minimum of one (1) year. b. The employee and District shall enter into a signed contract specifying conditions for repayment of default, leave conditions upon return, and professional assignment guarantees upon return prior to the leave being granted.
