Service Ordering and Operations Support Systems (OSS. 3.14.1 Telephone One must order services through resale interfaces, i.e., the Local Carrier Service Center (LCSC) and/or appropriate Complex Resale Support Group (CRSG) pursuant to this Agreement. Telephone One may submit a Local Service Request (LSR) electronically as set forth in Attachment 2. Service orders will be in a standard format designated by BellSouth.
