Service Ordering, Service Provisioning, and Billing. NEN will order services for interim number portability, directly from GTE through an electronic interface or fax. The following describes generally the processes GTE will use for ordering, provisioning and billing for interconnection facilities and services. Except as specifically provided otherwise in this Agreement, service ordering, provisioning, billing and maintenance shall be governed by the GTE Guide.
