Service Outside Scope of Engineer’s Services. Client shall, at its own expense, as necessary for the performance and completions of the Services, provide any additional services necessary for the Project that are outside the scope of the Services provided by Engineer under this Agreement. Engineer shall be entitled to rely upon, as applicable, the completeness and accuracy of such additional services.
