Service Period and Renewal. 6.1 The Service Period of any Contract will be automatically renewed at the end of the Initial Service Period for successive Service Periods of 1 year (each a Renewal Service Period) unless one Party gives the other written notice to terminate a Contract at least 60 days before the end of the Initial Service Period or the Renewal Service Period.
