Common use of Service Period Clause in Contracts

Service Period. 4.1 We will use reasonable efforts to activate the Services, as soon as possible following completion of the matters referred to in Clause 2.3 above. However, all dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee that they will be met. 4.2 Unless otherwise terminated or suspended in accordance with this Agreement the following Services shall be provided for a Minimum Service Period of 12 months from the date of activation: (a) Access (b) Ethernet
