Service Provider Account Executive. At a minimum, twenty-five percent (25%) of the Service Provider Account Executive's annual incentive and variable compensation (and not less than a material portion of the Service Provider Account Executive's total annual compensation) shall be based upon (i) the level of customer satisfaction reflected in the periodic customer satisfaction surveys, (ii) the extent to which Service Provider has met or exceeded the Service Levels and Service Provider's other responsibilities and obligations under this Agreement, and (iii) DIR's determination as to whether Service Provider has met the technical and operational objectives set by DIR.
