Service Provider Authorized Representative. Service Provider designates the Service Provider Authorized Representative named on page l of this Agreement ("Service Provider Authorized Representative") and, such Person shall: (a) be a project executive and employee within Service Provider's organization, with the information, authority and resources available to properly coordinate Service Provider's responsibilities under this Agreement; (b) serve as primary interface and the single-point of communication for the provision of Services by Service Provider; (c) have day-to-day responsibility and authority to address issues relating to the Services; and (d) devote adequate time and efforts to managing and coordinating the Services.
