Common use of Service Provider Contracts Clause in Contracts

Service Provider Contracts. To the extent that at the end of the Term of this Agreement the Purchaser will also require an agreement with any third-party service provider used by the Seller in connection with the Services as of the Closing Date, the Seller agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to assist the Purchaser to obtain terms and conditions, including pricing terms, substantially similar to those received from such service providers by the Seller prior to the Closing Date.
