Implementation Framework. The implementation framework and the plan for ensuring adequate governance, oversight, management, monitoring, evaluation and fiscal accountability for the use of MCC Funding is summarized below and in the Schedules attached to this Program Annex, or as may otherwise be agreed in writing by the Parties.
Implementation Framework. This Compact shall be implemented by the Parties in accordance with this Article III and as further specified in the Annexes and in relevant Supplemental Agreements.

CDF Implementation Documents The framework for implementation of each of the Government-contracted activities, as described in Annex I (the “Government-Contracted Activities”) shall be further elaborated in a set of documents, in form and substance approved by MCC, consisting of (i) the CDF Detailed Financial Plan, (ii) one or more CDF Procurement Plans, and (iii) one or more Government Service Provider Contracts (collectively, the “CDF Implementation Documents”). Implementation Framework. 2.1 Study goals and competence framework The study goals of the Physics of the Earth Programme together with modules specifying the learning outcomes that contribute to the study goals and the competence framework are defined in the Reference Curriculum (Annex A). The language of the study program will be English, in order to attract students from various countries.

Basic Framework The Program shall be implemented in accordance with the Compact, this Agreement, any other Supplemental Agreement, the Program Guidelines, and the terms and provisions of various implementation plans adopted by MCA-Belize and approved by MCC, setting forth the strategies and processes that will guide management and implementation of the Program. Principal among these implementation plans are the following: (i) one or more Work Plans, (ii) a Detailed Financial Plan, (iii) an Audit Plan, (iv) a Procurement & Grants Plan Package, (v) a Fiscal Accountability Plan, (vi) an M&E Plan, (vii) an Environmental and Social Management System, (viii) a Social and Gender Integration Plan, and (ix) an AFC Action Plan (collectively, the “Principal Implementation Plans”). From time to time, MCC may request MCA-Belize to submit clarifications or adjustments to any implementation plan and MCA- Belize shall ensure that the Program implementation is conducted in accordance with the approved implementation plans in addition to the terms of the Compact, this Agreement and any other Supplemental Agreement.
Implementation Framework. 2.1.1 The Tourism Commission plans to construct the Cruise Terminal in two stages: • 450m long Phase I Berth and approximately 153m long Southern Transition Edge Structures to be completed by early 2012; and • 400m long Phase II Edge Structures and 50m long North Transition Edge Structures to be completed by early 2013.
