SERVICE PROVIDER’S STAFF. 3.6.1 Access to the Premises shall be limited to such Staff and the Service Provider’s suppliers as are necessary for the Service Provider to fulfil its obligations under the Contract. The Service Provider shall co-operate with others working on the Premises to such extent as the Customer may reasonably require. 3.6.2 The Customer reserves the right to refuse to admit to, or to withdraw permission to remain on, the Premises:- (a) for any member of the Staff; or (b) for any person employed or engaged by any member of the Staff, whose admission or continued presence would be, in the reasonable opinion of the Customer, undesirable. 3.6.3 At the Customer’s written request, the Service Provider shall provide a list of the names and business addresses of all persons who may require admission in connection with the Contract to the Premises, specifying the capacities in which they are concerned with the Contract and giving such other particulars as the Customer may reasonably request. 3.6.4 The Service Provider’s Staff, engaged within the boundaries of the Premises, shall comply with such rules, regulations and requirements (including those relating to security arrangements) as may be in force from time to time for the conduct of personnel when at or outside those premises. 3.6.5 If the Service Provider fails to comply with Clause 3.6.3 within two (2) Months of the date of the request and in the reasonable opinion of the Customer, such failure may be prejudicial to the interests of the Crown, then the Customer may terminate the Contract, provided always that such termination shall not prejudice or affect any right of action or remedy which shall have accrued or shall thereafter accrue to the Customer. 3.6.6 The decision of the Customer as to whether any person is to be refused access to the Premises and as to whether the Service Provider has failed to comply with Clause 3.6.3 shall be final and conclusive.

3.6.4 2.5.3 The Service Provider’s 's Staff, engaged within the boundaries of the Premises, shall comply with such rules, regulations and requirements (including those relating to security arrangements) as may be in force from time to time and notified in advance to the Service Provider for the conduct of personnel when at or outside within the boundaries of those premisesPremises.
3.6.5 2.5.4 If the Service Provider fails to comply with Clause 3.6.3 2.5.2 within two (2) Months of the date of the request and in the reasonable opinion of the Customer, such failure may be prejudicial to the interests of the Crown, then the Customer Authority may terminate the Contract, provided always that such termination shall not prejudice or affect any right of action or remedy which shall have accrued or shall thereafter accrue to the CustomerAuthority.
3.6.6 2.5.5 The decision of the Customer Authority as to whether any person is to be refused access to the Premises and as to whether the Service Provider has failed to comply with Clause 3.6.3 2.5.2 shall be final and conclusive.
2.5.6 At the Authority’s request, the Service Provider shall promptly provide details of its internal compliance policies and procedures (including policies and procedures as to dealings in securities) to which the Staff are subject. The Service Provider shall ensure that the Staff comply with such policies and procedures at all times during the Contract Period. Where requested to do so, the Service Provider shall comply with the Staff Vetting Procedures.
