STANDARDS AND QUALITY The Supplier shall at all times during the Contract Period ensure that the Services are delivered in accordance with: the Digital Service Design Manual (and the Supplier shall comply with the processes and procedures set out therein); the Standards; the KPIs; the Methodology; the applicable SOW; and all other applicable provisions of this Contract.
Quality Standards Each Party agrees that the nature and quality of its products and services supplied in connection with the other Party's Marks will conform to quality standards set by the other Party. Each Party agrees to supply the other Party, upon request, with a reasonable number of samples of any Materials publicly disseminated by such Party which utilize the other Party's Marks. Each Party will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs and obtain any required government approvals pertaining to use of the other Party's marks.

Human and Financial Resources to Implement Safeguards Requirements 6. The Borrower shall make available necessary budgetary and human resources to fully implement the EMP and the RP.
Information Technology Accessibility Standards Any information technology related products or services purchased, used or maintained through this Grant must be compatible with the principles and goals contained in the Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Standards adopted by the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board under Section 508 of the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. §794d), as amended. Reliability Standard Seller agrees to abide by (i) CPUC General Order No. 167, “Enforcement of Maintenance and Operation Standards for Electric Generating Facilities”, and (ii) all applicable requirements regarding interconnection of the Project, including the requirements of the interconnected Participating Transmission Owner.
Standards for Network Elements 1.8.1 BellSouth shall comply with the requirements set forth in the technical references, as well as any performance or other requirements identified in this Agreement, to the extent that they are consistent with the greater of BellSouth’s actual performance or applicable industry standards.
COMPLIANCE WITH THE CONTRACT WORK HOURS AND SAFETY STANDARDS ACT (1) Overtime requirements. No contractor or subcontractor contracting for any part of the contract work which may require or involve the employment of laborers or mechanics shall require or permit any such laborer or mechanic in any workweek in which he or she is employed on such work to work in excess of forty hours in such workweek unless such laborer or mechanic receives compensation at a rate not less than one and one-half times the basic rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of forty hours in such workweek.
