SERVICE QUALITY AND IMPROVEMENT. Contractor shall perform these services with care, skill, and diligence, in accordance with the applicable professional standards currently recognized by each profession. Contractor shall comply with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws, ordinances, codes, and regulations in performing its services.
