Service Representations. Sun Country, each Sun Country Provider, and their respective Personnel, as applicable, will: (a) perform the Services in a competent and workmanlike manner in accordance with the level of professional care customarily observed by highly skilled professionals rendering similar services; (b) comply with the Performance Standards; (c) promptly upon receipt of or having actual knowledge notify Amazon of any accident, incident, or event that impairs the safety of or delays delivery of shipments, and will use reasonable care and due diligence in the protection of the goods or shipments in their possession and control; and (d) at all times have sufficient equipment, Personnel and resources available to fulfill its obligations under each Work Order then in effect (and, in any case in which such Sun Country Provider believes, in its reasonable business judgment, that it does not have sufficient equipment, Personnel and resources available to handle all Amazon capacity requirements, such Sun Country Provider will promptly notify Amazon in writing).
Service Representations. Coalfire represents to Client that the Professional Services will be provided in a professional and workmanlike manner, and, as delivered by Coalfire, will comply in all material respects with the description set forth in the Ordering Document. Coalfire’s sole obligation and Client’s exclusive remedy for a breach of this representation is for Coalfire, at its option and expense, to: (a) re-perform or replace the non-conforming Services and/or Deliverables; or (b) refund the fees paid by Client that are attributable to the non-conforming Services and/or Deliverables.

Hawaiian, each Hawaiian Provider, and their respective Personnel, as applicable, will: (a) perform the Services in a competent and workmanlike manner in accordance with the level of professional care customarily observed by highly skilled professionals rendering similar services; (b) comply with the Performance Standards; (c) promptly upon having actual knowledge, notify Amazon of any accident, incident, or event that impairs the safety of or delays delivery of shipments, and will use reasonable care and due diligence in the protection of the goods or shipments in their possession and control; and (d) at all times have sufficient equipment, Personnel and resources available to fulfill its obligations under each Work Order and the Flight Schedule then in effect (and, in any case in which such Hawaiian Provider believes, in its reasonable business judgment, that it does not have sufficient equipment, Personnel and resources available to handle all Amazon capacity requirements, such Hawaiian Provider will promptly notify Amazon in writing).
Service Representations. Airborne Global, each Airborne Global Provider, and their respective Personnel, as applicable, will: (a) perform the Services in a competent and workmanlike manner in accordance with the level of professional care customarily observed by highly skilled Those portions of this Agreement marked with an [*] have been omitted pursuant to a request for confidential treatment and have been filed separately with the SEC. professionals rendering similar services; (b) meet, at a minimum, the Performance Standards; (c) promptly notify Amazon of any accident, incident, or event that impairs the safety of or delays delivery of shipments, and will use reasonable care and due diligence in the protection of the goods or shipments; and (d) at all times have sufficient equipment, Personnel and resources available to fulfill its obligations under each Work Order then in effect (and, in any case in which such Airborne Global Provider believes, in its reasonable business judgment, that it does not have sufficient equipment, Personnel and resources available to handle all Amazon capacity requirements, such Airborne Global Provider will immediately notify Amazon in writing).
