Common use of Service Rules Clause in Contracts

Service Rules. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Services in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated “scraping”; (ii) using any automated system, including without limitation “robots,” “spiders,” “offline readers,” etc., to access the Services in a manner that sends more request messages to the Atmos servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period of time by using a conventional on-line web browser (except that Atmos grants the operators of public search engines revocable permission to use spiders to copy publicly available materials from the Atmos Site for the sole purpose of and solely to the extent necessary for creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials); (iii) transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email; (iv) attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Services; (v) taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; (vi) uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the Services; (vii) collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the Services; (viii)using the Services for any commercial solicitation purposes; (ix) impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity, conducting fraud, hiding or attempting to hide your identity; (x) interfering with the proper working of the Services; (xi) accessing any content on the Services through any technology or means other than those provided or authorized by the Services; or (xii) bypassing the measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Services, including without limitation features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on use of the Services or the content therein. We may, without prior notice, change the Services; stop providing the Services or features of the Services, to you or to Users generally; or create usage limits for the Services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Services without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms, or if we believe you are using the Services in a manner that exposes Atmos to liability, reputational harm or brand damage, including but not limited to using the Services to request, send or receive money related to fraud or money laundering, or for no reason. Upon termination for any reason or no reason, you continue to be bound by these Terms. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Atmo Users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Users. Atmos shall have no liability for your interactions with other Users, or for any User’s action or inaction.

We may, without prior notice, change the Services; stop providing the Services or features of the Services, to you or to Users generally; or create usage limits for the Services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Services without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms, or if we believe you are using the Services in a manner that exposes Atmos to liability, reputational harm or brand damage, including but not limited to using the Services to request, send or receive money related to fraud or money laundering, or for no reason. Upon termination for any reason or no reason, you continue to be bound by these Terms. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Atmo Users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Users. Atmos shall have no liability for your interactions with other Users, or for any User’s action or inaction.;

We may, without prior notice, change the ServicesService; stop providing the Services Service or features of the ServicesService, to you or to Users generally; or create usage limits for the ServicesService. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Services Service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms, or if we believe you are using the Services in a manner that exposes Atmos to liability, reputational harm or brand damage, including but not limited to using the Services to request, send or receive money related to fraud or money launderingthis Agreement, or for no reason. Upon termination for any reason or no reason, you continue to be bound by these Termsthis Agreement. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Atmo Bookt Users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Users. Atmos Bookt shall have no liability for your interactions with other Users, or for any User’s action or inaction.

Service Rules. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) • identifying or referring to Campari or the Service in a manner that could reasonably imply an endorsement, relationship or affiliation with or sponsorship between you or a third party and Campari, other than your permitted use of the Service under these Terms; • copying, distributing, selling, transferring, sublicensing, dissembling, reverse engineering, or disclosing any part of the Services our Service in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated “scraping”; (ii) • using any automated system, including without limitation “robots,” “spiders,” “offline readers,” etc., to access the Services our Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the Atmos Campari servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period of time by using a conventional on-line web browser (except that Atmos Campari grants the operators of public search engines revocable permission to use spiders to copy publicly available materials from the Atmos Site our Service for the sole purpose of and solely to the extent necessary for creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials); (iii) transmitting spam, chain letters• identifying Campari or displaying any portion of the Service on any site or service that disparages Campari or its products or service, or infringes any Campari intellectual property or other unsolicited emailrights; (iv) • attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Servicesour Service; (v) • taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; (vi) • uploading or transmitting invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the Servicesour Service; (vii) • collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the Servicesour Service; (viii)using the Services • using our Service for any commercial solicitation purposes; (ix) • using the Service in any manner or for any purpose that violates any applicable law, regulation, legal requirement or obligation, contractual obligation, or any right of any person; • using the Service in a manner that could reasonably be interpreted to suggest that the use represents the views of Campari; • using the Service in competition with Campari or for competitive analysis, to develop competing products or services, or otherwise to Campari’s detriment or commercial disadvantage; • using the Service in connection with or to promote any products, services, or materials that constitute, promote or are used primarily for the purpose of dealing in: spyware, adware, other malicious programs or code; counterfeit goods; items subject to US embargo; unsolicited mass distribution of email; multi-level marketing proposals; hate materials; hacking/surveillance/interception/descrambling equipment; libelous, defamatory, obscene, abusive or otherwise offensive content; prostitution; stolen products and items used for theft; illegal activities or conduct; or any other subject matter prohibited by these Terms; • impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity, conducting fraud, hiding or attempting to hide your identity; (x) interfering with the proper working • unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, commercial activities and/or sales, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” “contests,” “sweepstakes,” or any other form of the Servicessolicitation; (xi) accessing • engaging in any conversation or otherwise uploading any content on the Services through any technology that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, excessively violent, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful racially, ethnically, or means other than those provided or authorized by the Servicesotherwise objectionable; or (xii) • bypassing the measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Servicesour Service, including without limitation features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on use of the Services our Service or the content therein. We may, without prior notice, change the Services; stop providing the Services or features of the Services, to you or to Users generally; or create usage limits for the Services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Services without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms, or if we believe you are using the Services in a manner that exposes Atmos to liability, reputational harm or brand damage, including but not limited to using the Services to request, send or receive money related to fraud or money laundering, or for no reason. Upon termination for any reason or no reason, you continue to be bound by these Terms. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Atmo Users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Users. Atmos shall have no liability for your interactions with other Users, or for any User’s action or inaction.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Services Service in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated “"scraping”"; (ii) using any automated system, including without limitation “"robots,” “" "spiders,” “" "offline readers,” " etc., to access the Services Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the Atmos NPAworldwide servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period of time by using a conventional on-line web browser (except that Atmos NPAworldwide grants the operators of public search engines revocable permission to use spiders to copy publicly available materials from the Atmos Site XXXxxxxxxxxx.xxx for the sole purpose of and solely to the extent necessary for creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials); (iii) transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email; (iv) attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the ServicesService; (v) taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; (vi) uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful through the ServicesService; (vii) collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information, including account names, information from the ServicesService, except as expressly permitted by the features of the Service; (viii)using viii) using the Services Service for any commercial solicitation purposes; (ix) impersonating another person (including but not limited to NPAworldwide) or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity, conducting fraud, hiding or attempting to hide your identity; (x) interfering with the proper working of the ServicesService; (xi) accessing any content on the Services Service through any technology or means other than those provided or authorized by the ServicesService; or (xii) bypassing the measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the ServicesService, including without limitation features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on use of the Services Service or the content therein; (xiii) using the Service in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local or international law or regulation (including, without limitation, any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from the US or other countries); (xiv) using the Service for the purpose of exploiting, harming or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable information or otherwise; (xv) to send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material which does not comply with the Standards set out in this Agreement; (xvi) to engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm NPAworldwide or users of the Service or expose them to liability; (xvii) attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the website is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to the website; or (xviii) otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Services. We may, without prior notice, change the ServicesService; stop providing the Services Service or features of the ServicesService, to you or to Users generally; or create usage limits for the ServicesService (for paid services). We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Services Service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms, or if we believe you are using the Services in a manner that exposes Atmos to liability, reputational harm or brand damage, including but not limited to using the Services to request, send or receive money related to fraud or money launderingthis Agreement, or for no reason. Upon termination for any reason or no reason, you continue to be bound by these Termsthis Agreement. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Atmo NPAworldwide Users, including Candidates if you are an Employer and Employers if you are a Candidate. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Users. Atmos NPAworldwide shall have no liability for your interactions with other Users, or for any User’s 's action or inaction. NPAworldwide shall have no obligation to you to enforce this Agreement against any other User.

We may, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, change the ServicesService; stop providing the Services Service or features of the Services, Service to you or to Users generally; or create usage limits for the ServicesService. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Services Service without notice and liability for any reason, including if if, in our sole determination determination, you violate any provision of these Terms, or if we believe you are using the Services in a manner that exposes Atmos to liability, reputational harm or brand damage, including but not limited to using the Services to request, send or receive money related to fraud or money launderingthis Agreement, or for no reason. Upon termination for any reason or no reason, you continue to be bound by these Termsthis Agreement. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Atmo TalkingPoints Users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Users. Atmos TalkingPoints shall have no liability for your interactions with other Users, or for your or any other User’s action or inaction.

We may, without prior notice, change the Services; stop providing the Services or features of the Services, to you or to Users generally; or create usage limits for the Services. We may, without prior noticeor (xiii) decompiling, change reverse engineering, or otherwise attempting to obtain the Services; stop providing the Services or features source code of the Services, to you or to Users generally; or create usage limits for the Services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Services without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms, or if we believe you are using the Services in a manner that exposes Atmos to liability, reputational harm or brand damage, including but not limited to using the Services to request, send or receive money related to fraud or money laundering, or for no reason. Upon termination for any reason or no reason, you continue to be bound by these Terms. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Atmo Users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Users. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Services without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms, or if we believe you are using the Services in a manner that exposes Atmos to liability, reputational harm or brand damage, including but not limited to using the Services to request, send or receive money related to fraud or money laundering, or for no reason. Upon termination for any reason or no reason, you continue to be bound by these Terms. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Atmo UserssUsers. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Users. Atmos shall have no liability for your interactions with other Users, or for any User’s action or inaction.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Services Service in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated “scraping”, except as explicitly allowed by us or provided as part of the Service; (ii) using any automated system, including without limitation “robots,” “spiders,” “offline readers,” etc., to access the Services Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the Atmos Uprise servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period of time by using a conventional on-line web browser (except that Atmos Uprise grants the operators of public search engines revocable permission to use spiders to copy publicly available materials from the Atmos Site Service for the sole purpose of of, and solely to the extent necessary for for, creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials); (iii) transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email; (iv) attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the ServicesService; (v) taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; (vi) uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the ServicesService; (vii) collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the ServicesService; (viii)using viii) using the Services Service for any commercial solicitation purposes; (ix) impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity, conducting fraud, hiding or attempting to hide your identity; (x) interfering with the proper working of the ServicesService; (xi) accessing any content on the Services Service through any technology or means other than those provided or authorized by the ServicesService; or (xii) bypassing the measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the ServicesService, including without limitation features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on use of the Services Service or the content therein. We may, without prior notice, change the Services; stop providing the Services or features of the Services, to you or to Users generally; or create usage limits for the Services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Services without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms, or if we believe you are using the Services in a manner that exposes Atmos to liability, reputational harm or brand damage, including but not limited to using the Services to request, send or receive money related to fraud or money laundering, or for no reason. Upon termination for any reason or no reason, you continue to be bound by these Terms. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Atmo Users. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Users. Atmos shall have no liability for your interactions with other Users, or for any User’s action or inaction.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Services Service in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-non- automated “scraping”; (ii) using any automated system, including without limitation “robots,” “spiders,” “offline readers,” etc., to access the Services Service in a manner that sends more request messages to the Atmos Espresa servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period of time by using a conventional on-line web browser (except that Atmos Espresa grants the operators of public search engines revocable permission to use spiders to copy publicly publically available materials from the Atmos Site Xxxxxxx.xxx for the sole purpose of and solely to the extent necessary for creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials); (iii) transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email; (iv) attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the ServicesService; (v) taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure, as determined by Espresa; (vi) uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the ServicesService; (vii) collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the ServicesService; (viii)using viii) using the Services Service for any commercial solicitation purposes; (ix) impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity, conducting fraud, hiding or attempting to hide your identity; (x) using the Service in order to obtain information about Espresa, the Service, or our customers for the purpose of competing with Espresa or otherwise replicating some or all of the Service for any reason; (xi) interfering with the proper working of the ServicesService; (xixii) accessing any content on the Services Service through any technology or means other than those provided or authorized by the ServicesService; or (xiixiii) bypassing the measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the ServicesService, including without limitation features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on use of the Services Service or the content thereincontent. We may, without Without prior notice, we may: change the ServicesService; stop providing the Services Service or features of the Servicesit, to you or to Users generally; or create usage limits for the ServicesService. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Services Service without notice and liability for any lawful reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms, or if we believe you are using the Services in a manner that exposes Atmos to liability, reputational harm or brand damage, including but not limited to using the Services to request, send or receive money related to fraud or money launderingthis Agreement, or for no reasonreason if lawfully permitted. Upon termination for any reason or no reasonsuch termination, you continue to be bound by these Termsthis Agreement. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Atmo Usersunderstand that the Service may change over time as we refine and add more features or content. We reserve the rightright to update, but have no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Users. Atmos shall have no liability for your interactions with other Usersmodify, or for discontinue the features, functionality, content or other aspects of the Service, including any User’s action and all Offerings, at any time, with or inactionwithout notice, in our sole discretion. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to this Agreement. Espresa does not guarantee the availability of the Service and/or any of the Offerings or other benefits contained therein, and they are all subject to change at any time without notice.
