PASSWORD CONFIDENTIALITY a) The Financial Institution can assign and/ or require the Depositor to select and use one or more Passwords in connection with the use of the Account pursuant to these terms and conditions. The Depositor agrees to ensure that the Authorized Signatories and/or Authorized Users keep all Passwords confidential and will only reveal them to authorized Financial Institution agents or officers when required by the Financial Institution. The Depositor agrees to ensure that no Authorized Signatory or Authorized User will record any Password in any format or medium. The Depositor can change any Password at any time. The Depositor agrees to ensure that the Authorized Signatories and Authorized Users change a Password if and when required by the Financial Institution. The Depositor acknowledges that a Password must be changed if there is a change in Authorized Signatories and/or Authorized Users on the Account. b) The Depositor acknowledges that the Depositor is responsible for all use made of a Password and that the Financial Institution is not liable for the Depositor’s failure to comply with any part of the Account Contract. The Depositor is liable for all authorized and unauthorized use, including all Transactions. The Depositor is also liable for all fraudulent or worthless deposits made into the Account. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Depositor expressly acknowledges and agrees that the Depositor shall be bound by and liable for any use of a Password by any Authorized Signatory or Authorized User or any member of an Authorized Signatory or Authorized User’s household. c) If an Authorized Signatory or Authorized User discloses a Password to a Third Party, and if the Financial Institution becomes aware of such disclosure, the Financial Institution may, in its sole discretion, waive the confidentiality requirements described in this section 5.1, but only if such disclosure was required in connection with the provision of a Third Party service. Notwithstanding any such waiver, the Depositor acknowledges and agrees that the Depositor remains responsible for all use of the Password by the Third Party.

Company will also be assigned a password or passwords for access to and use of the Software Services. Company acknowledges that once the initial password provided to the Company is changed, Docebo does not retain the technical ability to retrieve such passwords. Company is fully responsible for all activities that occur using Company and End User passwords. Company acknowledges and agrees that Docebo shall not be liable for any loss that Company or any End User may incur as a result of someone else using a password that has been assigned to or obtained by Company or its End Users, either with or without the knowledge of Company or the applicable End User; nor shall Docebo be liable or responsible for any unauthorized access or misuse of the Software Services by Company or any of its End Users.

The Licensee should inform the Licensor immediately if they have any reason to believe that the password has become known to any other party or if the password has been, is being or is likely to be used in an unauthorised manner. The Licensee agrees to indemnify the Licensor for any loss and/ or damage due to any unauthorised access to the Licensor’s website.

The Customer is fully responsible for all activities that occur using the Customer’s password, and each End User shall be fully responsible for all activities that occur using their password. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that Docebo shall not be liable for any loss that the Customer or any End User may incur as a result of someone else using a password that has been assigned to or obtained by the Customer or its End Users, either with or without the knowledge of the Customer or the applicable End User; nor shall Docebo be liable or responsible for any unauthorized access or misuse of the Software Services by the Customer or any of its End Users.
PASSWORD CONFIDENTIALITY. 12.1 The Seller is fully responsible for any damage caused by third parties gaining knowledge of his password due to his negligent or intentional conduct. If his password has been stolen or if he becomes aware that his password is being used illegally by third parties, Xxxxxx must be notified immediately in writing.

Nor will Peritus be liable or responsible for any unauthorised access or misuse of the Software Services by the Customer or any of its End Users.
PASSWORD CONFIDENTIALITY. It is important that You keep Your Account password confidential and that You do not disclose it to any third party. If You know or suspect that any third party knows Your password or has accessed Your Account, You must notify us immediately. If XxxXxx learns of any unauthorised use of Your Account, in particular by third parties not authorised to use it, TikTok shall be entitled to temporarily block or suspend Your Account. You are responsible for all activities which occur on Your Account, whether authorised by You or not.
