You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract with the Company, and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations. Any use or access to the Service by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited and in violation of these Terms. The Service is not available to any Users previously removed from the Service by Company.

The Service is a place that provides information about a luxury hotel development and planned residential community, Costa Palmas, located in Los Cabos, Mexico (collectively, the “Property”). The Property’s name, Costa Palmas, when translated from Spanish to English means coast palms. The Service is for informational purposes only. DLR grants you permission to use the Service as set forth in this Agreement, provided that: (i) you will not copy, distribute, or disclose any part of the Service in any medium; (ii) you will not alter or modify any part of the Service other than as may be reasonably necessary to use the Service for its intended purpose; and (iii) you will otherwise comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Use of Our Service. 11.1 You can simply choose to stop using our Service at any time. In addition, you may also contact us and request that we deactivate your account.

Customer will pay the recurring subscription fees and other fees set forth in this proposal or in the on-line fee schedule provided at the time of sign up (“Fees”). All Fees are due when the order is placed.
Use of Our Service. Bookt provides a digital platform for agents and talent to more efficiently manage appointments and financial data. Bookt puts appointments in one place and provides multi-platform, enterprise messaging and push notifications to facilitate communication between agents and talent. Bookt also allows users to store financial data included, but not limited to, history and/or expenses, and automatically calculates commissions, totals, and moneys collected and uncollected.

OrangePasses aims to simplify school management by providing a user-friendly and organized system for handling passes digitally, which could enhance efficiency and organization within educational institutions. The platform streamlines the process of creating and managing digital passes, potentially offering features like customization, tracking, and easy integration with the school's management system.
Use of Our Service. PDANS is a progressive drug and alcohol notification system. With PDANS you can receive progressive notifications via text message, email, or phone calls directly to you and/or to emergency contacts designated by you, based on the announcement from the testing agency that has been published on a chosen schedule.
