Common use of Service Severance Pay Clause in Contracts

Service Severance Pay. It is agreed and understood that "Service Severance Pay" shall be paid to employees of the Corporation on the following basis: (a) Employees leaving the service of the Corporation, other than on retirement, and who have completed ten (10) years of service or more, shall be paid two (2) days' pay for each year of service. (b) Employees retiring from the service of the Corporation shall be paid at the rate of four (4) days' pay for each year of service with the Corporation. (c) For the purpose of Service Severance Pay, the following definitions shall apply:

Service Severance Pay. It is agreed and understood that "Service Severance Pay" shall be paid to employees of the Corporation on the following basis: (a) Employees leaving the service of the Corporation, Corporation other than on retirement, retirement and who have completed ten (10) years of service or more, more shall be paid two (2) days' pay days for each year of service. (b) Employees retiring from the service of the Corporation shall be paid at the rate of four (4) days' pay for each year of service with the Corporation. (c) For the purpose of Service Severance Pay, the following definitions shall apply:four

(b) Employees retiring from the service of the Corporation Employer shall be paid at the rate of four (4) days' pay working days for each year of service with the CorporationEmployer. (c) For the purpose of Service Severance Pay, the following definitions shall apply:

(b) Employees retiring from the service of the Corporation Employer shall be paid at the rate of four (4) days' pay for each year of service with the CorporationEmployer. (c) For the purpose of Service Severance Pay, the following definitions definition shall apply:
